The agreement between you and Vantara when you use the marketplace.

Trading always carries a risk of being scammed
Every deal is made directly between two members. Vantara is not part of it, cannot protect you, and is not liable for anything that goes wrong — including scams, undelivered items and payments you cannot recover. Section 6 explains this in full.
Real-money trading also carries Roblox account risks. A Vantara listing or verified badge does not mean a USD deal is permitted. Accounts may be restricted, suspended or terminated, and items may be lost. Do not proceed if the deal violates Roblox or game rules. See section 11.

1. About Vantara
Vantara is an independent online community that lets members discover Sniper Duels and Knife Duels items listed by verified sellers, chat with each other and post trade requests. Vantara is a venue only: it is not a party to any sale or trade, does not own, hold or deliver items, and does not process, hold or refund payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to these terms where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use Vantara with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use. You must also follow Roblox's own Terms of Use.
3. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One person may hold one account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Buyers
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). When you buy, you pay the seller directly using a payment method they list. Before paying, confirm the item, the price and how it will be delivered in-game in Vantara chat. You are responsible for checking a seller's details and deciding whether to trade.
5. Sellers
Only accounts approved through seller verification may publish listings. Sellers must complete seller setup with accurate contact and payment details, and may only list items they own and can deliver. Every listing must include genuine inspect screenshots of the actual item and an honest description. Sellers must honor the agreed price, deliver promptly and keep their listings up to date, including marking items as sold.
6. Risk of scams — read this
Trading with strangers always carries a risk of being scammed, and that risk is yours alone. People can lie about owning an item, send a fake or edited screenshot, take payment and never deliver, deliver a different item, reverse a payment afterwards, or impersonate another seller. Seller verification, profile details, payment details shown on the site and any chat history are not guarantees of anything. Vantara cannot check what happens between two members, cannot see into Roblox or a payment provider, and has no way to force a delivery or return your money. If a deal goes wrong, Vantara bears no responsibility or liability of any kind: we are not obliged to investigate, mediate, compensate, refund, replace your item, reimburse your payment, or take action against anyone, although we may still moderate at our own discretion. Never pay for something you cannot afford to lose, and only pay once you are satisfied the other side is genuine.
7. Off-platform dealings
Vantara chat exists so that buyers and sellers can plan trades on the platform. If either party chooses to continue a deal on Discord or any other outside service, they do so entirely at their own risk. Vantara has no obligation to investigate, mediate or compensate losses arising from conversations or transactions that happen off-platform, including scams.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not: scam, defraud or impersonate anyone; list items you don't have; manipulate prices or reviews; ask for or share account passwords; use stolen payment methods; harass other members; post illegal, hateful or sexual content; spam; or attempt to break, scrape or bypass the security of the site. 9. Content you post
You keep ownership of the content you post, such as listings, images, posts and messages. You grant Vantara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content in order to operate the service. Do not post content you don't have the right to share.
10. Moderation and enforcement
Administrators may remove content, revoke seller status, restrict features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Marketplace Rules, with or without notice. Seller verification can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Roblox rules and account risk
Roblox's official trading guidance says not to use trades or sales for real-world money and warns that deals outside its official features are not enforceable by Roblox. A USD listing on Vantara is not proof that a transaction is permitted by Roblox or by Sniper Duels or Knife Duels. Vantara has not verified game-specific permission or obtained authorization for this marketplace model. Do not proceed with a sale or payment that violates the applicable Roblox or game rules. Seller approval on Vantara is only permission to publish here, not permission from Roblox or a game developer. Rule violations may result in account restrictions, suspension or termination, and loss of access to items. Virtual items have no guaranteed real-world value. Vantara cannot prevent or reverse account actions or recover items; to the fullest extent permitted by law, it bears no responsibility or liability for those losses.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Vantara does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any member is trustworthy, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Seller verification is a review, not a guarantee.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantara and its operators are not liable for any loss whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from using the site or from transactions between members, including losses from scams, theft, chargebacks, failed or undelivered trades, payment reversals and off-platform dealings. This applies even if you told us something went wrong or we could have foreseen the loss. Where the law does not allow some limits, we are liable only to the minimum extent the law allows.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will post a notice on the site. Continuing to use Vantara after changes take effect means you accept them.
